CNG Systems (hereafter, referred to as ‘the company’) puts stress on personal info of customers, it obeys “the law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information”.
The company informs customers of what use and method personal info provided by customers is used in and what measures are carried out for the protection of personal info, through personal info dealing policy. In case that the personal info dealing policy is revised, the company will notify it through the notice of our website (or individual notice).

5.Destruction procedure – The info which was input by members for membership is transferred to an additional DB (additional document box in case of paper) after the purpose is achieved. Then, according to reasons of info protection by our inner policy and other related legislations (reference to retention and use period of personal info), it will be destroyed after saving of 180 days. Personal info transferred to the additional DB is not used for other purposes except retention if it is not in the case of laws.
6. Destruction method – Personal info saved in a form of electronic files will be deleted by using a technical method that it cannot be revived.

■ Rights and the execution method of users and legal representatives: If you contact a person in charge of personal info in writing, by phone or email, without hesitation, measures of correction and withdrawal of changed personal info will be taken.
In case that you ask for correction of faults of personal info, until the correction is completed, the relevant personal info is not used or provided. Also, if the wrong personal info is already provided to a third party, the correction will be made instantly by notifying the third party of the dealing result of correction. The company deals with personal info which was cancelled or deleted by a request of a legal representative according to the specified matters of the “retention and use period of personal info collected by CNG Systems and copes with personal info not to be browsed and used in other usage.

■ Matters on installation and operation of personal info’s automatic collection devices and the rejection: In using Internet services like Cookies, and so on, collection devices which can create automatically personal info are not operated.

■ Civil affairs service on personal info: The company designates a relevant department and a manager of personal info in order to protect personal info of customers and deal with relevant complaints.
